Leeds Mental Wellbeing (LMWS) stands committed to creating an environment where all staff and clients feel safe, respected and supported. We recognise that the current political climate in the UK has increased concerns for many within our community, particularly those from marginalised groups, including trans and non-binary individuals and ethnic minority communities.
We want to affirm our dedication to safeguarding the wellbeing of everyone associated with our organisation and partnership. We are actively implementing measures to address these concerns, including proactive outreach, fostering open dialogue and promoting access to support services.
We encourage all staff and clients to reach out if they need assistance or support, and we are committed to listening and acting on these needs. Our Service remains a place where diversity is valued, and everyone’s rights and dignity are upheld.
Together, we can continue to build a supportive and inclusive environment, standing united against hate, discrimination and violence.
