Sleep Well Workshops
Are you having problems sleeping? Is worrying keeping you awake? Are you feeling restless or agitated in bed? This session looks at why sleep is so important for our mental wellbeing and explores the factors that affect our sleep.
The session will cover:
- Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) self-help techniques
- Practical skills to get a better night’s sleep
- Understanding what happens when we sleep
- Tools to cope with stress, worry, problem solving, relaxation, and environmental factors impacting our sleep
- How to reset our sleep when needed.
