Managing Stress
Do you find yourself feeling overwhelmed? Are you struggling to cope with day-day tasks due to stress?
We all experience stress at times but when it impacts our day-day life then this can become a problem. When we are feeling stressed, we may notice a change in how we think, how we feel and changes in what we do. We may notice that we are no longer able to cope with demands placed upon us that used to be manageable.
We are currently offering a 1-hour session to teach you how to reduce and manage stress. The session will cover:
- Cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) self-help techniques
- What can trigger and maintain stress
- Tools to manage stress
