Managing Panic
Do you experience sudden episodes of intense fear that can trigger physical reactions such as feeling hot, sweaty or dizzy? Have you been avoiding situations or places due to a fear of having a panic attack?
We are currently offering a 1-hour session to introduce you to information and techniques to manage panic. The session will cover:
- Information on what is panic
- What can trigger and maintain panic
- Why we experience a change in our physical body when experiencing panic
- Introduction to cognitive therapy-based tools to manage panic
This class is open to anyone age 17+ who is registered with a Leeds GP. Book your place below.
