Are you already engaging with our service (this includes being signed up to another class, engaging with our online video courses, waiting for a response from a referral, currently engaging in/on a waiting list for one of our therapies?(Required)

Are you interested in learning practical ways of dealing with symptoms of depression such as feeling low lacking motivation or negative thoughts?

Do you have a diagnosis of any of the following conditions: Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) or Social Anxiety?

Are you in crisis and need urgent help?

Are you seeking support to help you manage uncontrollable anger?

Sorry, we are unable to offer you treatment at this time.

We are unable to offer you treatment for one of the following reasons:

You are not aged 17+ and/or registered with a Leeds GP. To find a GP, please visit the NHS website.
Your responses to our questions have indicated that LMWS does not provide the most appropriate treatment for you. Please speak to your GP about what treatment may be suitable for you.
You have already completed a referral to our service and are awaiting a response. Please continue with the referral as the most appropriate treatment for you will be offered in due course.
You are currently engaging in (or on a waiting list for) one of our therapies (online, group, or face-to-face). Please continue with this process.
